Hey remember when we used to talk about video games, as opposed to just the overpriced new contraptions you play them on? Well then you’re in for a treat because we’re back to doing just that! In this incredible episode of A Trouble With Words we talk about two of the most anticipated games of 2013. A double feature that is objectively the single best thing that anyone has ever done. Pure unadulterated joy on tap that is best described as perfection in the form of podcast. You’re welcome.
I want you to enjoy this episode like you would a Thanksgiving feast. Consuming one delicious morsel after another, until you’re so full of our voices that all you can do is pass out from the exhaustion of it all. Only to then wake up in two weeks and repeat the process. I want you to do this because you owe it to your ears, and because you owe it to America. I want you to do this because it’s the right thing and you’re a good person.
Also Batman.
-Josh
Can I admit something to you? (Who can stop me at this point?) I really enjoy the little improv sketches we put at the end of every episode. I enjoy recording them with Josh, and I enjoy editing them and adding sound effects. It’s a gratifying process, even if the end result is humorous only to the two of us. The bit at the end of today’s episode makes me laugh almost more than any other to date, but I honestly can’t tell if it’s actually funny or not. Someone please let me know.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the episode. Make sure you come back on the 15th to hear us chatter about a show no one else watches, and pieces of hardware neither of us have.

Things Discussed, however briefly, during the show:
Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Orgins, Grand Theft Auto, Grand theft Auto 2, Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption, LA Noire, Breaking Bad
during the duck bit, was that your attempt at a Maine accent Justin?
Not intentionally. Did it come across that way?
-JM
it did in a few places. duck sauce was wtf lol
What’s funny is that he did that accent in the very next episode. So yeah. -JL
